No Ground Signal from the CPU

    I just did a swap on 96 Integra LS.... The car starts and Idles fine... but it won't rev... I have run some tests and found that My ECM is not sending out a ground signal... Has anyone ever come across this.....
    Any help would greatly appreciated.

    Try And Get A Print Out Of The Pinning Of The Ecu. Look To See If You Can Trace A Ground Line. If Not Then Check Your Wires On The Throtlle Postion Sensor Or The Snesor Itself And On The Wires On The Distributor. If That Doesnt Work Bring It To A Competent Shop And Have The Obd Put To Work.
