is anybody out there familiar with rebuilding the 95 h22a prelude motor. i had the whole motor rebuilt bored .30 over pistons, rods, rings, sleeved, new valves, dual valve springs. the problem is that vtec will not kick in due to lack of oil pressure, but however there is oil pressure gettting to the head. i recently ripped the the motor apart again and found the an o-ring on the oil pump housing was not really an o-ring anymore. i would like to know if that o-ring could be the whole cause of the oil presssure problem. the hole the o-ring seals i about 1/8" in dia, the groove that the o-ring sits in is located on the oil pump housing right next to a very large oval o-ring!!!!
    please help
