SOHC vtec is honestly for economy not performance, only intake valves are affected Get a milder cam and port job and the F22 head will out preform a H22 head.anyday plus you have more torqe the h22 so with some pistons it will greatly increase the preformance. you have a good base with bout 500-1000 you can be beating some great cars.
 
First and foremost do what you want to do. Second to answer your question not very hard swap the head from f22b2 to f22b1 and as far as the h22 head swap there are few things gotta do first I believe there's an oil port that you gotta plug plus you h22 timing belt. you can't just simply set it down on there and it be right.
