i currently have an mb6 civic and in the new year i am getting a dc2 engine i know it will bolt in the same as my original engine. but my question to you all is the wiring. i am getting confused:confused:! is it a simple plug and play as i will be getting the ecu and engine wiring loom or is there a little cut and soldering needed?

You currently have the b18c4 motor. and you are putting in a B18c5 which is the USDM DC2 Acura Integra Type-R motor. Both are obd2 and you have the p72j ecm which is what should have came in your civic. So you should be a plug and play setup.
 
Your mb6 ecu plugs are ob1 which will cause a problem. You will need to get an obd1 to obd2 conversion harness.
