Hey, wassup everybody, i have an 88 crx and she is my baby.... and now i want to do an engine swap in her..... and i was wondering what would be the BEST engine for speed and time for my little rex.... I was thinking B18c1... Wat are you thinking? (thaks for the help)
 
then you can swap any b you want. except the type r.

so i would go with the gsr. maybe a poor mans type r. gsr bottom with a b16 head. either way, you should be happy with it.
 
if your looking to spend only 5k then adding a turbo would probly put you above budget. for a good kit anyway.

stay away from ebay kits.

and im not much on turbo. never had one, so i cant give much solid advice except that if you do decide to boost, make sure to get a good tune.
