There are like 4-5 NOPI stores in GA with the headquarters being up there or close by; something like that. I've only dealt with the guys (and girl) here in Savannah and I can tell you sometimes I stand in line for days it seems while they take calls but I'm usually pretty patient even though I think in-person customers should be dealt with before phone ones. Other than waiting sometimes, they have taken care of me and a few times hooked me up. All in all though I think they should focus more on customer service. Most of em drive domestics though so they don't know jack about your honda other than altezza lights and body kits.
