not running right

i just did a ls swap in my 90civic sedan, the problem i'm having is that when i start to drive when i get to my shifting point the car sputters like it ran out of go. i had the fuel presure check and it was fine.i get good idle. also the car starts rough and the trans seems rough.any help would be great. thanks

what rpm are you shifting at? have you done a tune up?

no i haven't had it tunedup, i don't have a tach. just bought one to put on,i don't rav high or go fast for it to act up.

is the check engine light on? if so what codes? it could be as simple as bad ignition pieces or a bad fuel filter
