Viperjet announced yesterday that test pilot Len Fox flew the Viperjet MKII two-place, tandem seat, fully aerobatic kit jet aircraft to 300 knots at 25,000 feet (517 mph). The aircraft was pushed by 2850 lbs of thrust generated by a General Electric J-85/CJ-610. According to the company, the MKII is "a capable, cross-country aircraft".
