i need to buy a new o2 sensor but there are a variety of choices available,

the bosch 15734 are the cheapest ones out there and its universal. there are other models and brands available but whats the difference?

I have a 96 Civic HB DX, with b16 and is running a p28 which will make it an obd1. I always thought all the 4 wire o2 sensors work the same for hondas.

please help, need to get one soon.

Go OEM. Bosch sucks in general, and especially in Hondas. I've heard too many people complain about their Bosch O2 sensors going out within a few months, and then changing to OEM and not having a problem.

well the oem piece is 150 dollars an o2 sensor, and bosch is 60.

i know you get what you pay for but are there any other reputable brands that's reasonabally priced and easy to find, i.e. autozone/napa etc?

I've had not a single problem with the bosch O2 sensor I'm using.

hmm, I'm guessing it's the oem

I had the autoshop next to my work change it
cause I couldn't get the old one that was daed to even loosen up at all. and I'll be damned if I can remembr waht it cost.

but I typically buy oem honda stuff. but I know it bosch so I'd assume it's the oem type one.
