o2 wiring..

bought a 93 del sol si with a d16z6 in it..
car only runs one o2 sensor..well its got a brand new bosch o2 in it but it still throws code 41(o2 heater malfunction)even after resetting the ecu so im thinking its wired wrong..so im trying to figure out which wires are supposed to be what..
i already know the wires for the actual o2..now i need to figure out the wires for the engine harness.
orange with black stripe-
green with white stripe-
yellow with black stripe-
solid white-

for the o2 its
black-signal to ecu
grey-ground
white-heater/element
white-heater/element

Why would it be wired wrong? Isn't that the stock motor for that car? Why don't you get a multimeter and test the O2 sensor? Test it at the plug and then again at the ECU... although not all the wires go directly to the ECU.

its wired wrong because it is a bosch 4 wire universal o2..honda does not use 4 wire universal from the factory..this is a new o2 where you wire it to a plug yourself..

Orange/Black - Heater (ECU A6)
Grey(WHITE) - Signal (ECU D14)
Yellow/Black - Injector 12 Volt
Green/White - Ground

NOTE: White could look grey and vice-versa

Could still be the sensor itself. I went through 3 or 4 Bosch ones in one year due their heaters failing.

Can i know if how many O2 sensor D15b 3 stage Vtec has... is it 2?
