i did a swap last week for a guy who has a b16 in his 93 VX. he has this custom rear mounted turbo kit that he was running on it also. The original motor was a jdm b16, obd-1, and had the turbo kit on it. The motor ran great on stock psi and hondata tuning on a p28 ecu i believe. he blew the motor on the road course so we pulled that in favor of the obd-0 b16 he had in his shop. we installed everything and put the obd-1 manifold onto the older obd-0. when everything was complete the motor was started and wouldn't idle, it would bog and basically die. it threw and engine code 14 and ran like ass the whole time. A )What did we do wrong? B )What would cause the ecu to blow?
