what all is involved in swapping in a obd2 engine into a obd1 car? the wiring is all i need to know

The Easiest thing to do is look online for Harness conversion kit!!!
Then if the Engine is a bolt in your good to go!!!!

Make sure you get the ECU that goes with the new motor though (duh)!

use your stock harness and if you don't have vtec run the vtec wires or if you are doing an ls you don't need to run vtec not that hard no need to turn to hasport :p
but just plug the wires you need from your obd1 harness and you should be good i just helped a friend put a obd2b gsr engine in his 93 civic and that is what we did and it works perfect. also you don't need the ecu that matches the engine now a days p28's with the right chip can run almost anything! just food for thought :)

its a 2000 year model b18, will the stock mounts bolt in to my 92 vx hatch? or will i need new mounts, wiring conversion kit sounds easy enough...already has vtec and all that..so i'm good also got a b17 swap for sale and a d15 swap if anybody is interested
