ok I have a 96' honda accord (OBDII) and I bought a H22a (OBDI) but im going through a lot of internal and external switch overs with the wirings, fitting the motor mounts and etc... If i was about to get an H22a (OBDII) instead of the OBDI do I still have to covert the wiring or it will much more simple and more like plug and play? will there be less work or the same amount of sh!t???

It will be less work assuming you get an H22 that has the same version of OBD2. There two versions, A and B. I'm not exactly sure where the cutoff is with the H-series motors, but I'd guess somewhere around 99 or 2000. If you can get a 96-98 H22 then it should be pretty easy to wire in...
