obd0 to 0bd1

i have a 1986 crx si. i am swapping a b16 motor in it. i need to convert from obd0 to obd1. i don't really have the money for the conversion harness from rywire, so i have to do it myself. my first question - are all obd0 pinouts the same? i don't know what ecu i have though, i couldn't find it on google - i think its a pe7. so basically do i have to find ecu specific pinouts or can i just find any obd0 pinout and obd1 and match up the pins?

My advice is to save up and buy the jumper harness, there not very expensive.
