obd1 ecu and obd2 skunk 2 wiring harnass

I bought a OBD1 ECU and a skunk 2 wiring harnass for OBD2.....the harnass converts OBD1 ECU to OBD2. ECU is used but in good condition.....harnass is brand new..never used....paid $450.00 for both......asking $300.00 OBO
