OBD1 to OBD0 Wiring Harness

Does anyone know where you can get an OBD1 to OBD0 Wiring Harness?

Note: I dont want an OBD0 to OBD1 wiring harness.
I have a Mugen OBD0 Ecu and want to fit it to my B16 Civic OBD1 which currently has a P30 ECU.
