OBD1 to OBD2 jumper harness??HELP

I bought h22a 97-01 swapping to 97 accord is obd2-obd1 the same to a obd1-obd2? ALSO is this the cable that goes from the computer to the engine??please help?.....

wtf, im lost, you bought a 97-01 prelude h22a and you are putting it into a 97 accord?? why the heck would you need a jumper harness?!? they are both OBD II

if u got an obd1 keep it that way you have more control over your tuning. but correct me if I'm wrong 96 to 2000 were obd2 already.

So even if it swapped from OBDIIa to OBDIIb he shouldn't need an OBDI to OBDII jumper harness.
