Obd1 To Obd2

dose any know have an artical,knows how or knows a website that shows how to make the jumper i have everything needed i just need to know what goes where..i am talking about the obd0 to obd1 jumper so i can run a p28 in my sohc vtec crx..any help will work..thanks
