OBD2 GSR into EK

Does anyone know of any detailed articles of the wiring swap for a GSR into a 96 DX. I've been searching for a while and all I find are either articles not relating to v-tec's or articles that only tell you what wires to add. I'd like to know, not only, what wires to add, but also if I need to move any wires around and if I need to remove any.

Any info would be really be appreciated.
