obd2 to obd1 question

I am running a 99 gsr in my 98 ek and am planning to get engine management (neptune) soon. I was wondering what i need to do to convert to obd1. Someone told me I just need an obd1 distributor, ecu, and a conversion harness.... is that it?

your dont need the dizzy, just the ecu and conversion harness obd2b to obd1, but why are you converting to obd1? if the motors stock just get a obd2b p72, unless you have internal mods or a cam or some headwork or your turbo there's no need to convert to obd1
