welllll... heres where im at....
i got the motor in it starts. it idles. throwing codes 14(iac), 21(vtec), 41(o2's)

just having so many troubles. i havnt wired in vtec yet and only have 1 o2 sensor hooked up.

symptoms- it starts and idles at 1200, it chokes a lot between 1000 and 4000 rpms. sounding like too much fuel to me. im just so confused on what to do and ive come here for help.

oh yeah and im running a virgin jdm p73
 
Code 41 First the 02 sensor Take one out and put in one with 4 wires and hook it up to the harness and leave the other one unplugged

Code 21 Is because It the Solenoid for the vtec isn't wired up

Code 14 very if your Old B have a 2 pin ivac and the new one have 3 you may need to convert it or vis versa
