Odd question again

Most of yo uknow my setup, 2000 civic si with type r swap. Question is, is the fuel pressure supposed to remain constant? Scenario, with the car off my fuel pressure gauge reads zero, turn key to acc on still zero, start car, needle goes to 40psi, turn car off needle drops back down to zero, is this normal?

Sounds like you might have a slight fuel leak somewhere. My car stays at 40psi for a little while before dropping back to 0. Check to see if you can smell gas anywhere. If not then I wouldn't worry about it.
