The dependence on meat in america is as bad for the environment, economy and such as the dependence on oil.

    Buy local.

A lot of people cut nut up and start raising their own goats, pigs, sheep and eat them. Goat by the way is pretty damn good.

What do you mean? I eat meat. I'm not a bleeding liberal vegetarian in any respect. I just know what's attached with meat production. Educate yourself man. It's so over subsidized, over fed, and over transported.

I know your type. A couple friends of mine strongly dislike chicken. I personally like all meats, not equally though. I'm not a huge fan of duck if it isn't cooked correctly.

I'm finding fresh grass fed meats are much richer tasting then the grain feds I've been used to eating lately.
