oil leak

i have a prelude with an oil leak coming from the vtec seals???
is this a common fault??
is it easy to fix??
has anyone had this before??
it loses all its oil in about 5 mins

im not 100% if the leak is coming from the vtec seals any help would be good

If your losing 4 quarts of oil in 5 minutes you either have a hole in the oil pan or a hole in the block.
