Hey guys i need a little help i was working on my ls vtec i looked under the car and the oil pan was loose so i put a new gasket and some permatex sealer but im having some leakage on each end of the oil pan especially the part of the oil pan where the under drive pulley is. Maybe i need to put sealant on each side of the gasket. Any pointer are appericiated i tired of my driveway looking like a oil refinery.

Torque is a key factor here. You must be very diligent to get proper torque on every single nut and bolt. Too tight will warp the gasket and cause a leak. Most gaskets call for just a dab of sealant in the tight corners of the pan near the pulley.

Get a torque wrench and some light duty thread locker, and a new gasket and follow the directions / torque spec exactly. The directions don't call for thread locker, but it'll ease your mind when you realize how lightly those bolts are actually in there.
