what do you use and what do you think is better??
right now im using the normal everyday oil, should i switch??

I always use Mobil one blue cap(5w30) and Honda MTF for the gears. There are way too many oils out there to actually test the best one? Go the TOO's site and check for more info regarding oils.

full synthetics seem to make my engine feel sluggish, like theres no more jolt when you tap the gas. i like the valvoline semi-synthetic though. it seems to give my engine a slight boost compared to regular oils...and ive tried alot of them.
