Ok like everyone else pulsing idel

    91 Honda civic dx with d15b dpfi injection I got a new idel control but still does it what's the potential problems?

    low coolant level
    air pocket in cooling system
    bad PCV valve
    vacuum leak

    check your vaccum hoses for leaks and flush/bleed your coolant and radiator, replace thermostat, clean/replace fitv under throttle body with a known good one, mayb try replacing the iacv with a good one too.

    DPFI throttle body doesn't have a FITV

    It was none of these it was the intake gasket and to find out if that's your problem get some carb cleaner and spray it around the intake gasket while the car is running. If the idel changes and makes a diffrence you need to replace the intake gasket.
