I'm about to defend California... weird I know.
This goes to show how desperately bad the power situation has gotten. Old style lightbulbs are so horribly inefficient that changing everyone out to newer compact fluorescents will take a very large amount of strain off of an already terribly overburdened powergrid.

ive been to cali, monterey, carmel by the sea, and san fran. the amount of hot girls, that were realllllllly hot, was rediculous. we we're at the gas station and alomst every girl thta walked in, got gas, or walked by was smokin.
