if i got the wires to A9 and D22( ecu plugs OBD1 95 civic) both green/white wires mixed up would this make the service connector light stay on and the engine not spark??

    tps? throttle postion sensor?

on my loom the two wires go

    A9 IACV SOLENOID

    D22 SERVICE CONNECTOR

if these are mixed up would that stop me getting my trouble codes up
just trying to eliminate things one at a time, but im still trying to figure out why it wont spark
