I'm BORED. might as well be making money doing it.

Someone at my work does this....Its only really profitable if you put alot of time into it...Basically you get people to pay $$ a month to get free Legal services, and you get a free will which pays for the charges in itself.....you really need to be out there networking thought to make this work for you

Out there networking?!? Hell, I have more than 2500 clients on bond right now. I have a database of over 20,000 people who have been in jail. Most of those are repeat offenders.. I personally know all of the judges, secretaries, bonds people, lawyers, clerks, etc.. etc.. for every county in central texas. I'm networked in the legal game.

BUT.. what about practicing law without a license? Texas is huge about that here.. They will hang your ass.

well gambling itself might have restriction, but on-line internet gambling is a federal crime. it falls under gambling over state lines.

you dont practice law with prepaid legal.
prepaid legal has lawyers in every state on retainers.

but you do need a license in texas to sell the prepaid legal membership - $30 license and $30 for renewal fee

it more than just a free will and legal service. it also covers your entire family and has identity thief protection.

a lot of people in europe have a prepaid legal plan.

rich people has lawyers on retainers, for all kinds of things,
and most people cant afford lawyers so why not have a prepaid legal plan for less than a bottle of water a day.

you have auto insurance for you car and health insurance for medical, why not have law insurance.
