if you had a 94 integra LS (3rd gen), which swap would you do? And consider that the swap will also be built, full head work, sleeved block, etc and will be hitting some boost, and will be a somewhat of a daily driver...
Just get another B18 and build it up. If you're going to resleeve it, pretty much any block other than the B16 will suit you fine. You're going to be able to set the internal geometry however you want anyway. Just decide if you want VTEC or not. You can make tons of power without VTEC on a boosted B18.
