optimal size for intake filter

I have a 94-95 GSR engine and I just ordered a cheap cold air intake on ebay. I want to get a K&N air filter for it...what would be the best size? On ebay you can buy one with the following dimensions:

Base diameter: 5"
Top Diameter: 4-5/8"
Filter Length: 4"
Flange Length: 1-3/4"

Would that be good enough?
