4 CKP - crank position sensor - this is located in the distributor. I don't have the pin out on hand so you may need to look this up make sure the wires are correct on your dizzy and also check the tolerances i don't know what the are of hand.
10 IAT - intake air temperature sensor this sensor is on the back of the intake manifold follow the same as above
15 Ignition output signal - I have no idea someone else help me out
