I cleaned the screens out twice already. I started it up before I left work and it idled at 1500 stayed there for awhile and then dropped to 1000 and idled perfect. Took it for a spin on the freeway got back and it was idling real high and didn't drop back down, although I didn’t give it that long. It seemed like it fixed itself but who knows, if it’s idling high I'll bring it down and see if I can get it to stay at a grand. I'll give more input tomorrow.
 
put your hand over the entire throttle, if the car still runs(even bearly). then you have a vacume leak at the manifold.
did you use one of those hondata intake manifold gaskets?
