P13 Question....whats the diff between J00 and J50?

Ive been looking online and found 2 different types of p13 ecus. both seem to be OBD1. The only differences that I can come up with is that one has ABS and/or 4 wheel steering. I am going to run this ecu in my 93 civic coupe. Will both ecu's work for me, or is one better than the other on a civic swap? thanks.

J50 is from an Auto I believe.
J00 is from a 5spd.

I also found another part number ending with A11. There seems to be alot of different part numbers for the P13

A11 is an american 5spd P13

J= JP
90 = Auto (country unknown)

0 or 1 = 5spd
5 = Auto

i think the last digit is ABS....if i remember right the
0=w/o
1=w/
2=4ws

Thats makes sense, theres so many different ones for p13. thanks for the help
