OK last year bought a chipped ecu from JDMDOHCPOWER on ebay (Skunk2 program 
super rich, poor gas, and slower than stock) did not like it so in my house it sits. Now some one wants to buy it off me but he is wondring if he can just solder out the skunk2 program (If i can recall correctly it is soldered directly in the circit bored) and replace it with another chip.
sorry if this sounds stupid, but I dont know.
I dont think he could re-write over it either.
