    need some help.
got a P28 Skunk2 ecu. Installed it in my 97 prelude SH. but the idle is crazy and rev's up and down by itself. Also when i take that thing out on the street, it wont get higher than 3300 rpms and wont go faster then 40 and starts backfiring and chockin. does anyone know if thats supposed to happen? is the P28 compatiable with the SH or am i supposed to be runnin a P13? someone give me some clues. thankz

sounds like you've got some wire issues.

    any check engine lights?
    is everything hooked up right?

3k rev limit is a common feature of honda ecus so that you don't blow up your motor when its not runnign right. something is wrong. look outside of the ecu.

check your o2 sensor, iat, and coolant.
