when my 92 gsr was running it had a p28 chiped to rev at 8200 now thats a single came vtec ecu right? just wondering when i swap the motor to the other shell should i leave that ecu or get a obd1 gsr p72 ecu because my b16a2 feels as if it's not reving as fast. which ecu is better

sorry just new at this ecu thing

That would be a good place to start. The chip/program needs to be for the motor that you are running. And if you haven't upgraded your head and the components, raising the rev limiter is only going to do damage to your motor.
