p61 in a 93 B20??

my brother has a 93 ls with a jdm b20 non vtec and he needs a new computer. i have a chipped p61 will it work on his car? someone told me that just about any ecu can run a non vtec motor.

why not use a stock OBD1 LS ecu? P75 or PR4... yea thats better than a chipped P61

because my bro cant buy one he is a college student and dont work. so does it work or not. im guessing it doesnt

what happened to the OBD1 LS that was in the car to begin with? yea im sure the p61 will work. it'll throw codes for vtec most likely... since its not there.

if you have the ability to burn a new chip, do so. just use a stock LS map...
