Paint job qoute please.

I have a 91 civic h/b STD (I think it is an std because it has a 4 speed manual tranny, is this right?) and it is frost white. the rear left wheel well is quite rusty and i think it is pitted a little bit in some spots, there is minor rust on the other wheel well and a few tiny surface rust spots on other areas, no dents except for the hood where the hood rod (thing that holds up hood) is. I am just wondering if anyone can give me a price quote for a paint job on it for the same color as it is and also, would it be more expensive to get it painted a different color like black or midnight blue and why? thanks.
