Painting Muffler

I was thinking about investing in a free flow muffler and like the way the oval JIC muffler looks like; except for the fact it has that brazed tip on the titanium model...should i try to paint over it(black or gunmetal) or leave it as it is? and if i paint, which brand is good?

Why would you get Titanium if you didn't like the way it looked? I'm sure you could probably find a titanium muffler without the brazed tip if you really didn't like it. I like the jic, that is what I am goingt to get. That and a center up exhaust.

I know that, just get the one you like. HKS makes a titanium muffler as well, and it doesn't have the brazed tip on it.
