    Dunno how many of you PSP owners out there caught this, but someone found a way to downgrade any PSP out there, regardless of firmware revision. I tested this out on my 3.52 and it worked like a charm, now I sport an M33 firmware.

    No idea how they figured it out, but setting the bits on the battery's serial ID to all 1's, it throws the PSP into some low level recovery mode. A properly set up memcard combined with this kicks any PSP back to 1.50.

    It also has the neat feature of working on bricked PSPs. It'll do a full recovery, no matter how bad off the PSP is.

    hacking the PSP to give it new features that were previously locked with Sony's firmware.

    But at the same time undoing all the patches and glitch fixes that were in the new firmwear.

    I use the GTA Liberty City Stories downgrader. Worked fine for me :)
