I'd check the valley's. Did they put flashing underneath the shingles? Also, they couldn't do your gutters for you? I think you may have been taken....

everything is flashed, and almost built to a textbook. When the contractor comes up I'll bring up the weave in the valley's...it does look like shit.

And they are putting up new gutters when they do the siding.
