Ok so I just read a ton of forums on rebuilding my f22a and boosting it. Now I would like to know where are the best prices? Should I go to Autozone or Oreilly and buy there or online somewhere? Also they say a boosted f22 compares to an H22a, is that h22a stock and if so would it be better to swap and boost the h22a? And also will the H22a Tranny match up to the f22 and provide better perfomance?

I don't think it matters; just go to your favorite store.
Probably [block]stock vs. stock.
If you're going for a high hp motor(like fully built); a DOHC head(H22A) would be a better choice; mainly because of the ability to tune both cams independently of each other and IIRC the H22A heads flow more especially when ported. For a street built and/or moderate HP levels, an F22A will be fine.
Yes, the H22A transmission will bolt up to a F22A. The H22s come with tighter gearing than the F22s.
