CAR: 2000 Honda Accord EX with an H23A vtec

I was wondering if anyone has ran a PCB ECU with an H23a Vtec?

What my problem is My Temp. Gauge doesn't read move. I don't have to sending unit plugged in but I have ran it to a yellow/green wire which then hooks to the wiring harness and result is temp gauge goes to HOT!

Another thing I have noticed is I used a test light on ECT and get Power and Negative on only of the wires along with the MAP, TPS, and IAT.

Power to Injectors but no Ground not sure if that is suppose to be

If I wrote it where you don't understand let me know

Also I'm thinking of just getting a chipped p28 h22 basemap ECU. Yes/NO

Assuming you're using an h22 head, you are going to want the p13 ecu if you are going to go to obd1. or chipped p72. as the h22 has secondary IAB's like the gsr does. the p28 and p30's won't operate those on the intake manifold.

I don't know the answer to your other questions.
