PCV Box Cleaning?

Has anyone ever heard of servicing the PCV Box? My crankshaft seal blew out and I plan on replacing my PCV valve just as a preventative measure when I replace the crankshaft seal. My question is directed towards the PCV Box, not the PCV valve.

Not really, its just an oil baffle.. You could certainly pull it off and clean it up though. Just use something like throttle body cleaner (or any cleaner that won't melt or alter the plastic)
