I just thought I'd post this up because I see those pedal kits in the stores and I know some people buy them. Well this is an alt idea that may work for some people and it helped me out with WEIGHT LOSS!! :p

Get this first.

Cut and stick it

It's grip tape for a skateboard, and no, you never have to replace it.

I took this photo tonight. Its the H off the back of my DX. I stuck the H back on with 3m double sided tape. Hope it holds.

Yep this is a good upgrade. Especially with wet shoes :D

3m makes griptape? pluh.

I just need bigger pedals... gas and brake need to be a little bit closer together.

I had the same gripe about my AllTrac. I took the pedal box out and heated the brake pdal arm with a torch, and bent it over towards the gas pedal by about 1/2". Biggest difference in the world. :)

My DNA took care of that for me, I've got a size 17 foot. :p

I got my pedals for free.

Sparco carbon fiber pedals. Long story short, one of my "smarter" friends traded me for a neon tube that I found in the back of my other friends car.

Real pedals though, I put grip tape on the bottoms, and had to actually drill through to install them.

Probably best investment ever.

although those pedels shouldn't be anywhere near 25+ shipping since our cost at work is about 2.50, the grip tape does look a hell of a lot better, another option is the pads that they sell at pep boys/autozone etc that are virtually identical to the stock ones, I slapped new ones on a few months ago and they are holding up very well

Ah, I need a torch before I can do that. :) I more want to extend the pedal rather than move the whole thing though.

Damn, hung like a horse!

I wear a size 10- right on par with most other guys out there my size. Big enough, but still a little shy of bridging the gas/brake pedals without careful placement.
