Pinout question for B18C in 92 Civic

I found the pinout diagram ( http://www.turbod16.com/viewtopic.php?t=3572 )for this, but I am confused about something here. Do I do the red pinouts as well in addition to the yellow ones, or do I just do the yellow ones?

both red and yellow. see the third image on that site...need to wire all red and yellow squares.
