planning a swap to my ek

i have 99 ek civic hb am planning to do a swap i have f22b dohc motor i wanted put a h22 head on the f222b block and maybe get the conversion plate so i could put on a b18c gear box what you think

hmm I'm not familiar with the f-engines
but i haven't heard a lot or really anything likes. so I don't know if it's possible

Now like a H22 block with H23 head or B18 block with B16 head , never heard of H on a F .

Find a wrecked CB7 ex, rip the motor (F22A6, vtec isn't worth it)out, tear apart, forged internals, massive turbo, blow up, repeat.
