on my 88 crx dx i unhooked my wiring harness because i was going to take out the engine and tranny, but decided to keep it in for a while because i wouldnt have all the swap parts until then, i hooked it back up and now when i turn on the ignition the check engine light stays on and makes a fast ticking noise, i need to fix this before wednesday morning because im trying to sell it, my battery was dead after i put the harness back in and i charged it and tried to start my car and there was nothing wrong other than it would not start (i think cause no gas) then it died i charged it again and thats when the check engine light start clicking
please help asap thanks

NEVERMIND I FOUND A LOOSE GROUND
